When you hire any of our services, your company joins the GreenLovi Sustainable Tourism Network and starts funding GreenLovi, nature that connects: the platform that brings together people willing to spend a morning clearing a ravine, a beach or a trail.
There are plenty of people willing to spend a morning clearing rubbish out of the countryside, and very few places for them to find each other. GreenLovi is exactly that: someone proposes a day, a place and a time, and whoever wants to joins in. No fee, no membership, nothing to sign - you just turn up. What keeps the app alive is the network of companies funding it, and that is where yours comes in.
Belonging to the network is not a badge you hang on the wall and forget. This is what comes with the contract, from day one.
With your name, your logo and an explanation of what the network is and what you are funding. It also carries environmental tips written for your kind of business. It is an address of your own: link it from your website, put it in your email signature, show it when somebody asks what you do about the environment. And unlike a badge, it can be read.
You get stickers with the network's mark to put wherever it makes sense: the entrance glass, the counter, the menu, the till. It is what the customer standing in front of you sees, which is not the same as what somebody searching online sees, and you need both.
Welcotel is the destination map hotels hand their guests on arrival. Network members appear on the general maps, in front of people who are already at the destination deciding what to do that afternoon. It is not advertising aimed at somebody sitting at home: it is aimed at somebody ten minutes away.
Clean-up days are organised around specific routes, each with its meeting point and its path. Network members appear on those routes: the bar where people have breakfast beforehand, the shop where they buy the gloves, the hotel lending the meeting point. It reaches people who have already decided to spend the morning there.
Clean-up days, routes, volunteers and what comes out of the ravines. Click any photo to see it at full size.
The app does one thing and does it well: getting people who do not know each other to agree on cleaning a specific place on a specific day. Whoever organises publishes the route, the meeting point and the time; whoever wants to go, signs up. Afterwards what was collected gets uploaded, and that stays on the record.
Keeping an app like this running costs money every month, and it is not sustained by occasional donations. It is sustained by a network of companies each contributing a little, consistently. That is why the network exists, and why what you get back is concrete things rather than a certificate: if it were no use to your business you would not stay in it, and without the network there is no app.
There is no sign-up form, no fee and no paperwork. Hiring the service puts you in; we do the rest.
Any of the ones we offer. Joining the network is included: it is not paid separately or invoiced as an extra.
You send us the logo and a few details, and we prepare your page on GreenLovi.com with the environmental tips that fit what you do. You review it before it goes live.
With the network's mark, along with the rest of the order. From then on you appear on the Welcotel maps and on the app's routes.
Tell us what you need. Joining the network comes with the service, so there is nothing else to decide.
